ORDER ENQUIRIES

How to place an order?

How do I know if the slots/dates are available for booking?

Please check out our IG highlights on the month you wish to book for slots availability.

Can I order months in advance? 

Slots for the following month are released on the last second week of every month

( subjected to changes)

Do we take in bulk orders? 

YES, we do:)

 (Bento, lunchbox, Mini 3inch *with a minimum order of 10 orders Please drop us a DM on our IG or Email us at Simplybakez@gmail.com . We will get in touch with you within 4 working days.

How long should I place an order ahead?

We recommend that all orders are made at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

*Slots are based on a first come first serve basis. Slots will only be secured after payment has been made within the time frame given

*Rush orders: 3-4 days with an additional fee of $15 applies (Subjected to availability)

Can I Collect/Deliver the Cake on a later date as confirmed?

Cakes are to be collected/delivered on the confirmation date.

Eg. I wish to book on 15Nov. However, we are fully booked for 15 No. The earliest date will be 14 Nov. Can I book 14 Nov and collect/deliver the cake on 15 Nov? 

-Strictly No. As We are a Home-based business, our fridge has limited space.

Do you have any ready items?

We don't. Our items are baked to order.


How do I know if my order has been confirmed? 

Submit order form-> discussion-> payment made withing the stated time given

An order form will be sent to you once the cake details have been confirmed. 

Payment is to be made within the stated time frame to secure your slot, or the order will be canceled without prior notice.

Cancellation of order

  • All deposits are non-refundable. 


  • No refunds will be made for cancellation done 5 days prior to delivery/ collection date.


 

CAKE ENQUIRIES

Design

All our designs are freehand drawn. 

We are not able to replicate a design with 100% resemblance.

How long can the cake be kept for?

Our cakes are best to be consumed on the day of collection. Cakes can last up to 1.5 hours at room temperature.

 Cakes are to be refrigerated for up to 3 days covered in a box. 

*eg. collection on Monday cake to be consumed by Wednesday

Are our bakes Halal?

Our ingredients used are all halal. However, there might be cross-contamination on the equipment while washing as we operate from a domestic kitchen.

Allergy Cautions 

Please understand that we are a small-scaled home-based bakery. Ingredients are processed using the same equipment for eggs, soy, wheat, milk, nut, etc.  Although we implement strict processes to prevent cross-contamination, there may still be the presence of allergens.

Is it possible to still change the design after confirmation?

Any changes requested after confirmation cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

 

PAYMENT

We are based in Singapore 

The following method of payment is accepted

-Paynow/ Paylah/ Google Pay/ Bank transfer (for local transfer)

Overseas transfer 

-only Paypal is accepted ( Transfer Fees are to be paid on your end )

 

METHOD OF COLLECTION

Delivery

  • Delivery fee ranges from $15-$20

  • Additional charges apply for Sentosa, Malls, Hotels, Changi NSRCC & Tuas areas (no delivery to Jurong Island)

  • Delivery timing will have to be confirmed 5 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes made will be subjected to availability. 

  • Please allow a 1 hour buffer time in case of bad weather/ traffic conditions. Please provide an accurate address. 

What are the timeslots for delivery? 

Time slots as per follow

- 9am-12pm (Mon-Sun)

- 12-3pm (Mon-Fri, excludes PH eve, PH)

- 3-5pm (Mon-Fri, excludes PH eve, PH)

- 1-4pm (Sat-Sun, PH eve, PH)

Can I arrange my own delivery? 

Yes, please note that we will not be responsible for any damages to the cake caused by the courier arranged on your end. Cakes will be checked on our end right before handling to the third party.

What happens if no one is present to receive the cake?

  • Please ensure the contact person is reachable and present for collection

  • The delivery person will wait up to 10 mins at the given location

  • If no one is contactable within 10mins, Simplybakez reserves the right to cancel the order. 

  • Additional charges apply for re-delivery

Self-collection 

Self-collection is at Bendemeer Road area

The exact location will be given upon confirmation.


Self collection timings
- 1030am-5pm ( Weekdays, Mon - Fri )
- 11am-3pm (Weekends / PH Eve / PH )

Are we able to Self collect the cake at Boon Keng/Geylang Bahru MRT station?

Strictly no meet-up at the MRT stations.
